Megan offers assistance to other Health and Human Services Sectors in developing specific Dialectical Behaviour Therapy programs tailored to the needs of the service or institution.  Her extensive experience in DBT training gives her first hand knowledge of what can work in a system that wishes to begin offering DBT in their sector or in their client groups. Megan's training is based on the training she received from Prof. Marsha Linehan's intensive DBT Trainers.

Megan previously co-ordinated all DBT programs at Sydney Clinic in Bronte for 5 years before moving further north to Tweed Heads. Megan offers training and supervision to staff, individuals and to systems that want to incorporate this form of treatment in their workplace. Megan has trained the Mt.Isa mental health practitioners, CAMHS Adelaide workers, Anglicare in Gladstone and Rockhampton, Mental Health workers at Nepean Hospital, Penrith, Mission Australia staff in Launceston, Partners in Recover Staff in regional Queensland and New South Wales, Health Workers in Bunbury Western Australia, Cairns psychologists and counsellors, School Counsellors/social workers Tasmanian Education Department etc.  Megan also offers clinical supervision in general psychotherapy/counselling and art psychotherapy.

Megan is enthusiastic about how DBT can assist sufferer of emotional dysretulation.  She has trained many allied health professionals in the use of "DBT and also in the use of DBT alongside an experiential therapy, Art Therapy.  Megan has presented both in Australia and internationally on the subject of DBT and its uses in mental health arenas and has published her work in DBT and Art Therapy in ANZJAT Vol 3 2008. Megan is an invited guest lecture for the master of Psychology students at Bond.
